  • The Strengths-Based Team Bundle is a yearlong set of curated experiences you need to begin building your engaged team. Through the lens of CliftonStrengths, we will focus on how to maximize your team and manager talents, deepen understanding of how these talents impact your team’s everyday interactions and work together, and develop practical ways to apply these tools within your team.

  • This bundle includes a suite of four facilitated programs offered in-person or virtually, 1:1 manager coaching call opportunities, manager resources to implement with their team, and tools for team members to use for themselves and with one another.

    Each participant will receive a custom code to complete the CliftonStrengths assessment. Additionally, each manager will receive a personalized CliftonStrengths for Managers report. You will also receive a custom Team Talent Map designed to showcase the talents of all members of your team.

  • What makes the Strengths-Based Team Bundle experience such a valuable tool is the conversation and insights shared within your team. In order to allow time for those key moments in the four facilitated workshops, this experience is designed for teams of 3-15 participants. If you have a team larger than 15, let’s chat about how we may be able to design a custom offering.

    The facilitated workshops included in this bundle can be offered either fully in-person or virtually. It is not offered as a combined in-person and virtual experience. During our consultation call, we can discuss the right fit for your team.

What is the cost of a Strengths-Based Team Bundle?

Following our initial conversation, I will provide a custom quote for your team based on factors such as location, number of participants, etc. This will include items such as the cost of the program, materials, and assessments. We can also discuss single payment or payment plan options.

My team has already completed the Discover Your Team Talents workshop and we would like to keep going. Can we add on the Strengths-Based Team Bundle?

Absolutely! Discover Your Team Talents is one of the four facilitated programs offered in the Strengths-Based Team Bundle. Adding the bundle after that experience is the perfect way to further your team’s knowledge, understanding, and application of their team talents. In fact, since you already purchased the Discover Your Team Talents program, it will be applied to the rate of your bundle.

What is the Team Talent Map?

As part of the program you will receive a custom Team Talent Map that provides an overview of the talents represented in your team. As Gallup studies have learned, when predicting both engagement and performance, a team's awareness of their strengths is more important than the specific composition of those strengths. This map provides you and your team an easy-to-use snapshot of each other’s talents that can be useful in understanding the team overall, but also as an ongoing reminder of the talents of their colleagues.

My team is working remotely, can I still offer this program?

Yes, this program is offered in a virtual option and is just as engaging in an online platform. In fact, I think this type of program is even more crucial for remote teams who can benefit from increased team engagement opportunities and getting to know one another. We will work together to send materials to your team in advance so they are prepared to fully engage in the activities and discussions.

 

Do you have a max number of Strengths-Based Team Bundles you offer each year?

Yes. I take great care in getting to know you and your team and designing conversations and activities that best fit your needs. To offer that curated experience, I only work with a maximum of four teams each year.
